1. WHERE IS LINGUA IDEALE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE?

2. WHERE SHOULD I GO ON MY FIRST DAY OF LESSON?

The administration office is open from 8:30 to 9:30 to welcome new students, complete the registration process, hand out badges and activities and lessons timetables.

The entry level test starts at 9:30.

You will find your test results, and all information on your course, the following day at 8:30 posted on the notice board. Lessons start at 9:00.


3. HOW DO I GET THE RESIDENCE PERMIT?

4. HOW DOES THE HEALTH SYSTEM WORK?

EU citizens staying in Italy are covered by the European Health Insurance Card and are entitled to the care administered by the National Health Service (SSN).

Non-EU students:

1) If your country signed a bilateral agreement with the Italian government, you must get a copy of the agreement at the Embassy of at the Italian consulate and submit it to the local health unit (ASUR) of Urbino or Pesaro.

2) If your country didn't sign any agreements with the Italian government you can proceed as follows:

If you have no income for the previous year, in Italy and abroad, you can pay a fee for voluntary registration to the National Health Service. Such fee is valid through one solar year, it is neither divisible nor retroactive. To register, you need the receipt of your payment and your residence permit.

If you are a working student, registration is free for the entire duration of your job contract.

You can also sign a private insurance with the INA insurance company at Lingua Ideale, covering all hospital emergencies; there is a three-month, six-month or annual insurance.


5. BEFORE LEAVING: THINGS TO REMEMBER

2) Accommodation booking

3) Get information on the duration of the visa (only for non-EU students). If you are planning to stay in Italy for more than 3 months, you need a D-type visa, the C-type visa only allows you to stay in Italy for a maximum of 3 months.

4) Check your medical coverage; non-EU students must, indeed, have a valid health insurance covering hospital emergencies in Italy to obtain their residence permit.
